Yes. You can trade draft picks both before and after the keeper deadline. You can only trade same year draft picks.

Picks traded prior to the keeper deadline will be placeholders.

Example:

• Trade Tom Brady and my second pick (may be labeled 2.12)
• After the keeper deadline and draft positions are set, that 2.12 may be 2.04 based on your team’s TFV.
• 2.04 is the final trade value transferred to the other team in the trade.
